Teaching Ideologies 教學理念
My teaching experience has taught me that, in the world of effective teaching, scaffolding and rapport are two essentials, and that the success of a teacher is measured in part by how eclectic he or she is in adapting teaching strategies based on students’ needs and differences. In addition, I’ve always believed that true learning happens when there is a mutual trust between the teacher and the learner.
